The students of Don Bosco Technical Centre, Alafua, are one of the best traditional dance (siva) troupes in Samoa. While they specialise in traditional Samoan dance or “siva”, they are equally capable of performing a range of different styles. The Prime Minister has described them as the most lively dancers in the country.

Given their expertise, it is no surprise that the boys from Don Bosco Alafua are often in demand to perform at special occasions. Their latest performance was to entertain the delegate of the Pacific Islands Telecommunications Association, who recently held their conference in Apia.

The photos in the slideshow are from the PITA Conference but the YouTube video is from another occasion.
